Important Information

Please be advised that the 2009 Customer Appreciation event will be held Thursday, September 10th, at MetroWest Country Club in Orlando.  Please keep an eye out for your invitation to arrive in the mail! 

Included with your invitation will be your new Customer Information sheet for the 2009-2010 season.   It is imperative that you complete this form in its entirety even if your information hasn’t changed since the prior shipping season.  If you have any questions or need assistance completing this form, please feel free to contact our customer service department at 800-949-9074.   And finally, one last document that will be included with your invitation is a Customer Satisfaction Survey.  This is a newly created document which will give you an opportunity to comment on the modifications/ changes we implemented during the 2008-2009 shipping season.  We value your feedback and look forward to your comments.  The results from this survey will be gathered for presentation during the Customer Appreciation event.   All customers who return this survey will receive a gift and their names will be placed into a drawing to receive a grand prize, which will be awarded at the Customer Appreciation event.  Be sure to return your survey promptly!!  We hope to see you all on September 10^th.

Donor Mailing Addresses

You will soon receive your Donor Mailing Address list in the mail.  Please review your list at your earliest convenience for any corrections and return it to us as soon as possible.  We thank you in advance for your time in this matter. 

Summer Program

Our summer program continues and we anticipate being able to ship packages for another three weeks.  Feel free to contact our customer service department with any questions you may have regarding this program!
