Recap of ‘08 Christmas Season

We acknowledge there have been a few glitches during the ‘08 Christmas season.  It is our hope that we have met and/or exceeded your expectations in addressing any problems you may have experienced.   We continue to mature and are excited to move into ‘09 with confidence that the services we offer our customers will surpass all of your expectations. 

Order Tracking

Several of our customers, as well as the staff of our customer service department, have experienced problems with the order tracking program that we implemented.  We have been in constant communication with the software company providing this service.  At this time, we are not prepared to pay the software company as the program has not been reliable for use by our customers.  We apologize that order tracking wasn’t dependable or consistent for your use.  We have received confirmation that all tracking executed on December 29^th and 30^th have been successful and we, once again, encourage you to try out this benefit. 

Truck 918

We have received several calls from customers regarding a few packages that were shipped on truck number 918.  These packs were not delivered and continue to show a non-delivered status.  We are presently researching the cause to this problem.  However, we are taking a proactive approach to this concern and will reship all of the packages in question.  Several packs were already shipped on 12/30, with the remainder scheduled to ship beginning January 4^th. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we will update you with our findings as to the source of the problem. 

Honbeybell Shipments

Shipments of Honeybell orders will begin January 2.  We have staged all current Honeybell orders to ship between January 2 and January 8^th. 

Office Closing and Customer Service Hours

Our office will be closed January 1 to celebrate the new year.   We will be back up and running on January 2^nd. 

Customer Service Hours:

Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
